afin d’évaluer la maturité de vos achats responsables sur
4 catégories : politique et stratégie ; organisation et
compétences ; processus et outils ; mesure et pilotage.
Cet état des lieux est la première étape permettant
ensuite l’élaboration d’un plan d’action adapté.

DIAGNOSTIC FOURNISSEURS ET ANALYSE DE POTENTIEL

Flaguage et identification de vos fournisseurs relevant du
champs de l’ESS (EA, ESAT, SIAE, Coopératives, Association,
etc.) ou localisés en zone QPV. Cet état des lieux permet
d’avoir une cartographie fine de vos achats solidaires et
d’identifier ensuite vos familles d’achat prioritaires propices
au positionnement des acteurs de l’ESS et/ou de
l’économie circulaire.

Accompagnement sur mesure sur un ou plusieurs appels
d’offres : Conseil sur la stratégie d’achats durables et
solidaires, Aide à la rédaction du DCE (clauses et critères
RSE), Sourcing qualifié de fournisseurs, Diffusion ciblée du
marché aux entreprises sourcées, Mise en relation
d’entreprises candidates pour la constitution de
groupements.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
